The titles were held at the Port Macquarie pool.
Despite the wet conditions and the rescheduling of the event due to the November bushfire threat, organisers were pleased with the competition.
Swimmers, coaches, parents and officials braved wet conditions over the weekend, competing in sometimes difficult conditions.
Wauchope Swimming Club showed they had good potential for the future with new and established members performing well.
Iesha Apthorpe was Wauchope's most successful swimmer. She won 1 gold 3 silver and 1 bronze medal.
Kaitlin and Morgan Jean also competed, recording good results.
Iesha's gold was in the women's 15 100m butterfly multi age finals where she clocked 1:11.32.
She also returned with three silver medals, in the women's 15s 50 butterfly multi age final, 30.89; 50m freestyle multi age finals in 29.18; and 100 freestyle multi age final in 1:03.96.
Iesha also returned a bronze for the 200m multi age finals in a time of 2:25.87.
Kaitlin Jean won bronze in the 13 years and under 800m freestyle multi age final in a time of 11:25.50s.
She also competed in a further seven events.
Morgan Jean competed in the tough and competitive 17 years and over category, competed in seven events.
The championships attracted a slight decrease in competitor numbers than previous years although 23 clubs from across the North Coast area were represented along with visitors from four clubs from outside the area.
Coffs Harbour Swimming Club was the champion club for the second successive year, followed by host club, Port Macquarie and Forster Aquatic were the third placed club.
