The election of new office bearers was held on Monday February 24.
About 25 attended the event at Timbertown Pies' new custom-built manufacturing base in the Wauchope Industrial Area.
Despite the good roll-up, the chamber still has vacancies for a vice-president and a general committee member.
In his president's report, Mr Rainbow acknowledged the work of the sub-committees, Motorcycle Friendly Town Wauchope and Creative Wauchope.
The chamber also hosted the Community Christmas event.
He also acknowledged the collaboration with the Wauchope Historical Society on the heritage river walk project which is due to be installed along the Hastings River in the near future.
The chamber has also been approached to host a weddings open day for the Hastings hinterland, which dove-tails into the recently launched Hello Hastings Hinterland campaign.
This campaign aims to promote businesses in the hinterland area of the Hastings and encourages locals and visitors in a 50 kilometre radius to explore the region.
Mr Rainbow was re-elected president while Ann Pereira and Kylie Hackney were returned as treasurer and committee member respectively for two year terms.
New committee member Shirley McGowan was elected for a one year term.
They joined the existing committee member Kylie King and secretary Lisa McPherson.
Timbertown Pies gave a presentation on their new factory, including a tour of the premises.
