Port Macquarie and Lake Cathie junior surfers have bowed out before the finals of the NSW Junior Titles held in Coffs Harbour.

Kyle Smith, Jack Swan, Kayle Enfield, Kai Thrower, Sea McManus, Will Heeny, Imojen Enfield and Evie Conway competed in this year's NSW Junior State Titles from August 5 to 12.
The Under-18 divisions kicked off last Thursday in two-to-three foot conditions. Jack Swan surfed his way to a score of 8.73 in round one, heat nine of the under 18 boys. He followed up with a score of 9.27 in round three, heat nine.
Kayle Enfield registered a 12.46 in round one, heat 14 of the under 18 boys. Following up with a 10.03 in round three, heat 11.
Kai Thrower collected a 6.37 in round one, heat 15 and registered a 4.50 in round three, heat 15 of the under 18 boys. Sea McManus made her way to round two, heat one of the Under 18 girls with a combined score of 10.41.
In the under 16 girls competition Imojen Enfield made her way through round three to contest the girls quarterfinal but was eliminated with score of 9.90.
Evie Conway started her run with a score of 2.63 in round one, heat two of the Under 16 girls. She collected a score of 4.10 in round two, heat one.
In the under 16 boys, surfer Will Heeny collected a score of 4.06 during round one, heat two and followed up with a score of 3.87 in round two, heat two.
The Under-16 NSW Junior State Titles were officially taken out by Harley Walters and Rosie Smart in three-foot surf at Sawtell Beach.
Walters, brother of 2019 Australian Pro Junior Champion Dakoda Walters, posted a near-perfect 9.23 wave score early in the final heat against runner-up Winter Vincent.
Sawtell surfer Rosie Smart made a near-perfect 9.00 wave score to take the win against runner-up Holly Wishart.
The surfing will continue with the NSW School Surfing Titles this week.
