"I believe the secret to our success is we genuinely care for our clients and are always striving to achieve the best possible outcome for them in everything that we do," said principal Simon Hancox.
"We continually invest heavily in training for our staff so that we remain at the forefront of technology and marketing."
The business has essentially been operating in Laurieton since 1973, originally by Ken Hall as KB Hall & Sons.
A franchise change to Nationwide Realty occurred in 1983 and Nationwide Realty merged with PRD Realty in 1999 and the business became known as it is today as PRDnationwide Laurieton.
"We value the role we have in the community and love being a part of this wonderful community," said Simon.
"Investing in local events, sporting groups and in local people is really important to us being an integral part of the community.
"And I think our success can be attributed to this, in that the community continue to support us because they know we genuinely care about them and we offer our continued support back to the community. It's a two-way street."
Simon attributes his passion for real estate to his late father, Paul who was a real estate identity in Laurieton for more than 25 years.
"Obviously my wife Natasha and I love what we do," he said.
"Firstly, the passion comes from wanting to support our family and to provide for them. But my passion for real estate has developed over the years."
The business has a full-service real estate office, offering residential, commercial and holiday property management, along with residential, commercial and rural sales. They are also accredited auctioneers.
"Including Natasha and myself, we have eight wonderful staff," said Simon. Emma Goodwin and Sonia Smith look after our residential property management, Carly Watt covers a range of roles in holiday property management, reception and commercial management and Imogen Gray and Lindsey Fletcher job share our important sales support department. Riley Papas is our salesperson, alongside myself as licensee and Natasha is our office manager."
Simon said they were the longest standing real estate business operated by the same family in all of the Camden Haven having operated in the Hancox name as the one brand (PRD) for 24 years.
"This means our business and our staff have a genuine desire to provide a valued service to our community because we are permanently ingrained in the community," he said.
"We take great pride in the volume of clients who continue to refer us and re-use us for their real estate needs. It's our own clients that tell us how our business stands out from the competition, not the other way around."
