One traffic lane will be closed from Monday, February 22 with alternating flow arrangements in place to carry out road rehabilitation, providing a safer, smoother and longer lasting road surface for motorists.
Work will be carried out from 7am to 6pm on weekdays and 8am to 1pm on Saturdays, and is expected to be completed by July, weather permitting.
Further road rehabilitation work will be carried out east of Henry Street later in the year.
Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.
Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
